We had a gas leak. Had British Gas home care, SGN came out to cap off the metre after calling the emergency service. British Gas failed to turn up to appointments on 2 consecutive days, despite paying for homecare. Called Hamilton Heating &Plumbing, an engineer on site within an hour, gave a quote, went to get required fittings and returned 2 hours later and replaced defective pipe and fittings. Carried out a full safety gas check and checked all appliances were working correctly. Superb service carried out by a professional and reliable engineer.
